Full-time Kitchen Hand and Delivery Driver role at HELL Pizza Northcross
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in similar kind of business or hospitality field.
- Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
- Strong customer service and operational efficiency focus
- Initiative, flexibility and the ability to multi-task
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Organisational skills and ability to manage workload, prioritise and work under pressure
- Positive, friendly, and fun demeanour
You must be flexible with time arrangement (the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required) to meet the needs of the business.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Making Pizzas.
• Product and service quality assurance.
• Control order flow, internet and phone in-store.
Experience within hospitality would be ideal, full training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Deliveries, providing excellent customer service
• Answering phones, and general cleaning.
What you will need if you are interested in the driver position:
Have your own reliable vehicle to do deliveries
Hold a full NZ Drivers Licence
Know your area good enough to make efficient deliveries
