How suburb scores work
Each reviewed suburb gets three scores out of 10:
Family
Schools, parks, playgrounds, safety, and family housing availability.
Affordability
Rent relative to the national median (~$550/week). 8+ is very affordable, 3-4 is expensive.
Commute
Public transport quality, CBD distance, and motorway access. 8+ is excellent, 4-5 is car-dependent.

Suburb profiles are curated summaries, not definitive guides. Always check live rental listings, school zones, transport routes, and official sources before making decisions. We update profiles over time, but things change fast.
