At Dynamix Recruitment we are proud to be partnering with a well-known leader in the print/packaging industry, who specialise in high quality corrugated packaging. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team at their East Tamaki plant.
About the role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will work as part of a very busy, tight knit team who are responsible for processing constant and often complex customer orders. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring any updates and/or changes are communicated promptly and in a professional manner.
You will also be required to:
- Raise and follow up all customer queries promptly
- Manage end of month stock evaluations, NCR reports and Pallet reports
- Reconcile, manage and order stock holding reports for Customers
- Provide customer assistance to designated Account Managers
- Liaise with the store to co-ordinate on time deliveries
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies, processes and requirements
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have extensive customer service experience, working in a manufacturing environment. You will preferably come from the FMCG industry, and have a thorough understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and expectations.
You will also have:
- Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail and a minimum of intermediate level Microsoft office
- Proven time management skills, along with the ability to be flexible when necessary
- The ability to build solid relationships with internal account managers, production & dispatching teams, along with external customers and freight providers
- No previous criminal convictions, or any pending
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
