Experienced Demi CDPs, Commis Chefs and Junior Chefs who wish to take their next step in their career can also apply.
The candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience in the kitchen as a CDP or Commis. Excellent cooking skills and ability to assist the Senior Chefs in running a busy kitchen and international buffet.
The candidate must be flexible and able to work nights and weekends. The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
