We are looking for an Experienced Service Administratorā:bangbang:
Rate: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Start date: ASAPā¼ļø
Location: East Tamaki, Auckland
Days: Monday to Friday (on-going until September 2020)
Type: Temporary Assignment
About the role:
Raising orders for warranties.
Booking appointments for service techs and agents
Completing credit spreadsheets.
Inbound calls
General admin duties
MUST HAVE:
NZ Resident or NZ Citizen
Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
MUST HAVE proven experience as a Service Administrator / Service coordinator.
EXCELLENT verbal and written communication.
Team player
Customer-focused.
