Dental Tele Marketer
A leading dental company is seeking an exceptional individual who regards themselves as detail orientated, a “get up and go” type of person who can multitask without error. This role will require you to make outgoing calls to our existing patients and book them for outstanding treatment which they are due for , so we are seeking someone who is a people person with some call center experience.
Eligibility criteria:
Have minimum 2 years previous phone based Customer Service Experience (Dental)
Preferably have previous Dental Industry experience
Strong data entry skills
To make outgoing calls to our patients book them for outstanding treatment which they are due for.
Calling existing patients and making sure that they are happy and looked after
Work with Sales and Operations teams to enhance our customer service function to exceed our customers expectations.
Customer service for client and direct customers
You will be required to:
Be familiar and confident with computer business packages including: Microsoft Office-Excel, Word and Outlook.
Be highly skilled at multi-tasking, working in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive client facing demeanour.
Positive and highly motivated attitude
Clear Communication skills
Very good English
Be reliable and have proven work history
Both part time and full time positions available.
