27 year old Desmond Ng of Churton Park is the fattest, weighing in at 280kg. Featured on 20/20 he was diagnosed at an early age with Prader Willi syndrome. After tipping the scales at a maximum of 350kg, he had gastric bypass surgery and is slowly losing weight.
