What are the immigration prospects for Early Childhood Education professionals in New Zealand

Hello everyone, pls advice as much as you can, honest suggestions please, as I did level 7 and 8 in business both from New Zealand, but still can not find anything which leads me to residency, now I am planning to do level 7 in Early Childhood Education (ECE), should I go for that, would it be the good opportunity further which leads me to achieve my goal pls advice, I need suggestions from those who gets residency from ECE diploma please, I really need suggestions at this point pls, thanks.

This field is in high demand in New Zealand. However, it requires registration and also good IELTS band scores. INZ is adamant to grant PR. Rules are very much dynamic. If your not registered you can still get work as a reliever.
