Please suggest some nice suburbs with good primary schools around AUT University, Northcote, Auckland.
The uni is on the North shore and this is very wealthy part of the city. Theyre all good suburbs and all good schools (in terms of decile). The closer you get to the beach/water the more expensive the housing will become. I’d personally avoid Devonport though because that’s a traffic jam trap.
