Instructions for tenants who cannot pay rent during the lockdown

Please notify your landlord as soon as you know you are going to have difficulties. It is expected that rent payments should be paid and if not right now, then agreement to catch-up should be sort through your Portfolio Manager and owner.

We have had examples of a small number of tenants applying for assistance and getting acknowledged within 48hrs, so we hope this continues.
