You need to apply for a Visa after you have all the rerun documents. You should have the financial resources, educational documents, experience documents, CV, Covering Letter covering all relevant aspects, Professional References, Academic References, Character Certificate from Police, Medical Health Certificates from a Panel Physician, etc. This list is not exhaustive and depends predominantly on the case.
