There are very few scholarships for undergraduate and master level qualifications in NZ. However, there are a number of scholarships for doctoral studies. I would suggest to visit universities home page and find doctoral scholarships. The list of NZ universities can be obtained from https://www.universitiesnz.ac.nz/universities.
