FOREMAN WANTED - Silverdale
This role is a 60/40 split between working in the workshop and completing the required admin work.
You will have potentially have previous experience in the agricultural sector/ Heavy Duty Earth Moving machinery or have proven experience on utility, specialty and Row Crop Tractors, Track Tractors, Scraper Tractors and Front End loaders, brands like John Deere, Cummings engines, Bell, Iveco etc along with trade qualifications and have relevant experience in a similar role.
You’ll need to be a people person, and have previous management experience as you will have approx 8 technicians looking to you for direction.
You’ll be calm under pressure, have the ability to lead from the front and be organised.
This role is permanent full time employment with a wage starting at $32-40 per hour (depending on exp).
