Entry Level Customer Service

Dear All,

I have an interview scheduled at coming Thursday for the role " Entry Level Customer Service ". Can someone guide me what kind of questions expected to be asked and how to prepare for it.

Please guide me if someone experienced it or more close to this job .

Thanks

Havent been in such a role, but interviews here are usually more applied. You can prepare for questions like:

  • Have you ever been in any customer service role?
  • Give an example of how you will handle a customer service query?
  • What do you think is the best way to handle a customer who is angry?
  • What in your opinion should be the best qualities of a good customer service representative?
  • What are some examples of bad customer service?
  • What will you do if you do not know the answer to the customers query?

Interview went well and followings are the questions… That might be useful for some newcomers.

  1. Tell me about yourself?
  2. Why you want that job and do you have relevant experience?
  3. What is your last role and why you quit your last job?
  4. Where you see yourself in next 4-5 years?
  5. Your salary expectations?
  6. When you able to join?
  7. Do you have car to move in emergency situation to different locations ?

That’s all.
