Reporting to the Despatch / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles for each run and ensuring all despatch functions are adhered to in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
•Prepares items for each run
•Controls loading and unloading of vehicles and accounts for all items
•Verifies Road Crew licenses for validity prior to commencement of shift
•Prepares run sheets along with all related necessary documentation
•Keeps accurate daily records of all incoming and outgoing keys, licenses, phones and other branch equipment
•Completes vehicle inspections to ensures vehicles are kept in a safe and clean state and reports any faults / damage
•Responds to and maintains Road Crew radio communications including communicate with Road Crew about changes to runs
•Monitors run status to ensure run efficiencies are maintained and service delivery standards are met
•Maintains adherence to internal audit requirements
•Maintains compliance to statutory, legislative and licensing requirements, including EO (Equal Opportunity), OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) and Security
The successful candidate will need to have experience with cash handling, working in a fast paced environment, excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Possession of a current Certificate of Approval - Level 2 Security qualification, would be an advantage.
