CPL Recruitment is looking for Site Supervisor working for our client who is Auckland’s trusted premium interior and exterior residential painters.
We are looking for MOTIVATED, AMBITIOUS & ENERGETIC people to take our client’s business to the next level!
What you’ll do as Site Supervisor:
Willing to teach lesser abled staff the art of the trade & achieve notable improvement in their skillset & speed
Outstanding customer relations
The communication skills required for managing yourself & other staff members in an efficient way
Basic administration skills
The motivation to achieve KPI’s (performance targets)
What you’ll need:
Min 5 years experience
At least 2 credible references
Own an operating vehicle
Own basic tools for painting & decorating
Own an operating smart cellphone which is capable of running a job management app.
Able to work flexible hours & weekends where necessary
Able to work well within a team
Able to take instruction, adapt to new systems & work without guidance where necessary.
Have an eye for detail
Clean & tidy within a workspace
NZ residency or work visa a must
No drug/alcohol addictions or criminal record
What you’ll get in return…
Wages or Contracting ($30-$35 per hour)
Vehicle with Gas Card
We also have a bonus system which gives you the opportunity to earn up to $100 extra per week
