Casa Bella Motel, Paihia is looking for a Motel Manager. The role is full time and requires someone with these personal attributes:

The role requires the following specific skills:
The aspirant must be ready to move to Paihia.
Previous relevant experience in the accommodation and guest services sector will be an excellent addition but not compulsory.
Knows an efficient use of Computer, software related to hospitality and accommodation industry, including social media platforms
Competent overseeing of all motel operations and a willingness and ability to physically work in all areas of the roles.
Ensure full compliance with motel practices and operations including Health and Safety
Manage on going profitability of the motel ensuring revenue and guest service targets are met and exceeded.
Improve, create and promote products and services offered
Understand and correctly interpret instructions, procedures and information.
Sound people management including staff, guests, contactors and others
