You will need to explain more about the specifics of qualification and area of work experience, and if it was gained in India,whether it was gained in an MNC, Generally speaking, an offer of skilled employment is needed in New Zealand to be able to get residence under Skilled Migrant Category, even if you meet the points threshold without it. If you do not have an offer of qualifying acceptable skilled employment your chances pre covid-19 were close to zero ; post covid-19 your chances are absolutely zero
