After School & Holiday Program LEGO Robotics Instructor in East Auckland
Are you looking to make a big impact in a part time job? How would you like to build LEGO projects and get paid for it!

Bricks 4 Kidz instructors make a difference by bringing their “Can- Do”, enthusiastic attitude and our robust curriculum to school children each and every day.

Our part time After School and Holiday Programmes Lego Instructors lead children in ages 5 to 12 through different LEGO projects each class. Students use these projects with motors and sensors to investigate basic engineering and programming concepts.
Instructors should be looking for part time work, enjoy working with children and have reliable transportation.

Next Holiday program

Date: 28 September – 10 October 2020 (2 weeks)
Time: 8:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday
Locations: Uxbridge Art & Culture Centre, Howick

After School classes

Date: Term 3 - Term 4 2020 (Start from now)
Term 1 – Term 4, 2020
Time: Between the hours of 2.30pm and 5.00pm at least 3 days per week throughout the school term.
Location: East Auckland (including Botany, Howick, Flat Bush etc.)

There are also opportunities for nights, weekend classes and birthday party host as the company continues to expand.
Instructors are required and paid to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time.

Experience:

We are primarily interested in dynamic personalities who want to make a difference in a child’s day.
Experience working with children is preferred.
Experience examples include: youth summer camps, youth coaching, Sunday School instruction, baby-sitting etc.

Supplies and Training

Instructors are given all the supplies they need to flourish in an after-school setting. Supplies vary depending on subject and course.
Paid training includes an orientation of our policies and procedures as well as class specific training.

Instructors must possess the following qualifications:

Availability during weekday after school hours (2:30PM - 5:00PM).
A reliable vehicle.
A valid Driver’s License and ability to transport and store supplies needed to teach class.
A valid NZ work visa or NZ residency.
A sincere desire to make a big impact on children’s lives.
Ability to organize and implement pre-packaged lesson plans.
