Qualifications and experience required:

-2-3 years prior administrative and management experience in retail, hospitality, health + fitness and/or restaurants preferred
-Experience managing teams including rostering, delegating and following up of tasks, conducting reviews, managing conflict, issuing contracts, development - the works!
-Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university
-Accounting and payroll experience (not necessary but great if you do!)
-A LOVE for customer service (making people happy!)
-Amazing communication skills — must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively.
-Well versed in English - should be able to write letters, documents and messages with excellent grammar and structure for widespread communication across our social media, website, emails etc.
-Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the moment – every day is different at Aaja Nachle
-Must possess a passion for the Aaja Nachle brand
