How competitive are school zones in Remuera? Is it worth paying the higher rent?

Remuera is in zone for Auckland Grammar (boys) and Epsom Girls Grammar. Very competitive — you MUST live in-zone. Check the school websites for exact zone maps. The higher rent is worth it if top schools are your priority.
